how to create oneview support dump for Synergy

This procedure describes how to use the HPE Synergy GUI to create a One view support dump.

1. First login to One view IP address

2. Then go to >settings > click on appliance

3. Select  Actions> create support sump

This will pop up an new window like this. Select "Yes create"

this will start the support dump generation process.

This will create two support dump files.

1. Preview dump  - CI-2019_11_17-10_21_49.336987_preview.sdmp
2. Support dump  - CI-2019_11_17-10_22_50.366987.sdmp
